It was the Ed Sullivan show that started it. I couldn’t wait to get my first guitar. Spending evenings after school and entire summers learning to play and sing I was playing my first jobs in about 8th grade.
When I turned fifteen I got my first club gig and played a couple nights a week with a band as the “weeknight” act.
Right out of High School I went on the road and worked the hotel circuits, show rooms, theaters and concert venues across the United States. After a number of years with touring bands or working as a sideman for several major stars, I settled into a career in real estate lending and really didn’t play much for most of 25 years.
I have since returned to the music world and enjoy working with all these great friends in Top Shelf!
